ARTICHOKE DIP

1-2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. fresh minced onions

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into serving container. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave 50% (medium) 5-8 minutes.

ARTICHOKE DIP

2 cans artichokes
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Stir ingredients together except for 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese which is to be sprinkled over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and use crackers or cooked bread chunks to dip into dip. 23 servings. Calories 50, fat 2.3 gm, calories from fat 41%, sodium 195 mg. Administration
