ARTICHOKE SQUARES
2 (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Drain artichoke hearts, reserve liquid. Chop artichoke, onion and garlic; saute in marinade liquid 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, add rest of ingredients. Bake in a greased 7"x11" pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 1" squares. Freezes well.

2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke
hearts
1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 eggs
Drain artichokes, saving marinade from one jar. In marinade, saute onion. Cut up hearts. Beat eggs and add crumbs and seasoning. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into a greased 7"x11" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool a little before cutting into squares. Serve hot or cold. Yield: 40 squares.
