AVOCADO SAUCE

1 avocado, peeled & sliced
1/4 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. instant sliced onion
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried cilantro or 1 tbsp.
fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 or 3 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender. Blend until smooth. Chill well. Yield: about 1 1/4 cups. Place avocado seed in the sauce to prevent mixture from darkening. Pineland, TX
