CHOPPED BEEF-CHEESE BALL

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 jars dried beef, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Accent
Garlic powder to taste
Seasoned salt to taste

Mix and form into ball. Chill. The cheese ball may be rolled in chopped parsley or finely chopped nuts to make it pretty.

SMOKED BEEF CHEESE BALL

1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
10 pieces smoked beef (chop in
blender)
1 tsp. prepared mustard (jar)
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. mayonnaise

Mix together and form into a ball, saving some of the chopped beef to roll the cheese ball in. Refrigerate.
