BLINTZE SNACKS

White bread (crust trimmed)
1 egg
8 oz. Farmer cheese
Cinnamon and sugar to taste (for
Farmer cheese)
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Roll white bread thin after crust is cut off. Spread cheese on bread an roll up. Fry in butter. Bake at 350 degrees until hot. Sprinkle with confectionary sugar before baking.
