BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE DIP

1 pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vinegar (white)

Bring all ingredients to a boil and pour into bowl after morsels are melted. Or, place in microwave for 1 minutes and stir and back in microwave for another minute until morsels are melted. Delicious to dunk apple slices in while warm. This may be frozen if not used up. Sandra Hightower

BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE DIP

1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened
condensed milk
1 c. butterscotch flavored chips
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
Apple wedges

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chips, and salt. Cook and stir until chips melt. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar and cinnamon. Serve warm with apples. Refrigerate leftovers.
