CHEESE BALL LOG

8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. blue cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. chives
1/2-3/4 c. pecans, chopped (optional)

Let cheeses and butter come to room temperature. Blend well. Add chives and mix. Chill. Roll into log, then roll in pecans until completely covered. Chill. Slice. Place on Ritz cracker and serve.
