SPINACH AND CREAM CHEESE BISCUIT FOLDOVERS

1/2 pkg. bacon, sliced thin
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. margarine or butter
9 oz. fresh frozen chopped spinach,
cooked and well drained
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack flakey
biscuits
1 tbsp. melted margarine or butter
Sesame seeds

Fry bacon and onion until brown, then add rest of ingredients in order. Cool, then add teaspoon or so of mixture to flattened out biscuits and foldover. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake as directed on biscuit container.

SAUSAGE CHEESE BISCUITS

2 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 lb. fresh sausage
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Fry sausage in skillet and drain; make sure it is crumbly. Mix baking mix, milk and cheese and sausage until soft dough forms. Roll in hand, size of walnut or can be made regular size. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Melt butter, brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Makes 15-20 small or 10-12 regular size biscuits.
