CHEESE WHIZ

2 c. water
2 c. dry powdered milk
1 stick margarine
4 inch slice of boxed cheese (grated)

Heat slowly stirring constantly until dissolved. Makes 55 oz. (Fills 3 (1 pound) margarine tubs). You can divide up before cooking is done and season with garlic powder, bacon bits, onions. Great for quick grilled cheese.

CHEESE WHIZ

1 lb. American or cheddar cheese
1 can evaporated milk
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Cube cheese and melt over double boiler with milk and mustard. When smooth, remove from heat, add eggs. Cook over medium heat a few minutes more, stirring constantly. Pour into jars. Keep refrigerated.
