BEER CHEESEBALL
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. beer
2 tbsp. parsley
1 sm. pkg. nuts
1 tsp. paprika
3 c. (12 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese
Blend together the cream cheese, beer, parsley, and paprika until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese. Cover and chill one hour or more before serving. Divide mixture into balls and cover with chopped nuts.

CHEESEBALL
2 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
1 bundle of green onions
2 pkg. beef, chopped
Put cream cheese in large bowl. Add green onions (chopped) and add chopped beef. Mix all together with hands. (Messy job!) Shape into a large ball and put on serving plate. Put club crackers, around the cheese ball.
