CHILI BEEF ROLL-UPS
1 lg. can whole green chilies
1 bottle dried beef (not chipped beef)
Soft cream cheese (in tub)
Split green chilies in half, lengthwise, open them up then cut again having 4 flat pieces. On each piece place a round slice of beef then spread with a teaspoon of soft cream cheese. Roll up, chill and serve.
