COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
--SAUCE:--
14 oz. hot ketchup
14 oz. ketchup
10 oz. jar currant jelly
Mix meatball ingredients. Add enough bread crumbs to form correct consistency. Bake on cookie sheet (with sides) at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Drain fat off meatballs, then add to sauce. Serve in fondue pot or crock pot to keep meatballs hot.

1/2 c. bread cubes
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shortening
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
Mix all ingredients except shortening, jelly and chili sauce. Form into meatballs. 5 dozen. Brown in shortening and drain excess fat. In large saucepan, heat jelly and chili sauce. Add meatballs and stir to coat with sauce. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes. 60 meatballs. Calories 52, fat 2.4 gm, calories from fat 41%, sodium 129 mg. Telecommunications
