CRAB OR SHRIMP SPREAD
6 oz. cream cheese
1 green onion, finely chopped
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. gelatin dissolved in 3 tbsp.
water, cold
Tuna size can of crab or shrimp
2-3 stalks chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
Heat soup, dissolve gelatin into hot soup. Cool slightly. Combine with other ingredients. Put in mold or dish. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers.

3-4 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 c. crab or sm. shrimp
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
Mix together and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
