CRABMEAT APPETIZERS

1 can crabmeat (6 1/2 oz.)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 celery stick, finely chopped
Mayonnaise
2 pkgs. Parker House rolls

Mix together crabmeat, onion, celery and mayonnaise. Chill for one hour or longer if desired. Cut rolls in half, top each half with mixture and broil. Nice for hors d'oeuvres or as an appetizer.

HOT CRABMEAT APPETIZER

8 oz. cream cheese
6 1/2 oz. crabmeat, flaked
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. creamed horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds

1. Combine all ingredients, except almonds, until well blended 2. Spoon mixture into an 8 inch pie plate or casserole. 3. Sprinkle with almonds. 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 5. Just before serving time, bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot with raw vegetables and pumpernickel rounds. Yields 4 servings.
