BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. blue cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well. May be thinned with milk. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

GREEN HERBAL DRESSING

1 C. (tightly packed) fresh spinach
leaves, rinsed, drained
1 c. (loosely packed) fresh parsley
leaves
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c. olive oil

Combine spinach leaves, parsley, vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, cumin and garlic in food processor; process until smooth. With machine running, slowly add 1/2 cup of the oil; add remaining oil all at once. Process until smooth. Store dressing in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
