HOT BEEF DIP
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tbsp. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 jar dried beef
1-2 green onions (chopped)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sauteed pecans
Mix all ingredients together except the pecans. Pour into pie dish and top with pecans. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. It's great to spread on crackers.
HOT BEEF DIP
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, minced
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Place in a small baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted in 2 tablespoons butter. Heat for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with chips.
