HOT TACO DIP

16 oz. cream cheese
2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lg. jar taco sauce
2 bunches green top onions
1 sm. can green chiles
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Black olives, sliced

Press cream cheese on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Put cooled hamburger mixture over cream cheese. Pour 1/2 taco sauce on top, then spread onions, chiles, olives over meat. Add rest of sauce and 2 cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.

HOT TACO DIP

(Golden Heart Staff Room Favorite) 1 med. onion, diced 2 pkg. taco seasoning 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can refried beans Diced jalapeno pepper to taste Brown ground beef with diced onion, drain fat. Add taco seasoning plus 2 cups water to meat. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Mix in crock pot: 1 lb. Cheddar 1 can refried beans Jalapenos to taste Set crock on low, stir occasionally. Ready to go when heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
