JALAPENO DIP

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Owens sausage
1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Canned jalapeno peppers to taste
1 chopped onion
Garlic to taste

Brown meat. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and cook in saucepan until cheese melts. Keep warm in a crock pot.

JALAPENO DIP

2 cans tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, minced
4 jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 blocks jalapeno pepper cheese
(by Velveeta, in red box)

Put all in saucepan and melt cheese and cook other ingredients, then beat with mixer until smooth. Or you may bake in casserole at 300 degrees, stir while baking. This will be extremely hot if you use 4 peppers, less may be used for mild dip. Pineland, TX
