MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS

1 pkg. chicken wings
5 oz. dark mustard
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix ingredients in a baking pan. Cut wings in half. Cover and cook at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and flip wings over. Cook for another 1/2 hour until wings are golden brown.

MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS

5 lbs. chicken wings
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. white cooking wine

Mix all ingredients together. Stir in wings and marinate at least 4 hours. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Holy Cross Church
