MINI PIZZAS

1 English muffin
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni, olives, cooked pizza
sausage and any other pizza
topping favorites
Mozzarella cheese, grated

Cut muffin in half and put on paper plate. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each muffin half. Add favorite toppings. Top with grated cheese. Cook in microwave for 45 to 60 seconds or until cheese bubbles.
