MOCK OYSTER DIP

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lg. onion
1 stick margarine
1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and
pieces), save juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dash hot sauce

Cook broccoli until overdone - about 30 minutes. Saute onions in margarine about 15 minutes. Add soup, mushrooms and juice. Break cheese and blend in until melted. Add hot sauce and broccoli, stirring until well mixed. Serve hot (stirring often) with ruffle-style potato chips.;

4 oz. mushroom stems and pieces,
drained
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. bag king size Fritos corn chips
