OLIVE CHEESE BALLS
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
About 36 sm. pimento stuffed olives,
drained
Mix cheese and flour; mix in margarine. Work dough with hands. Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive. Shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Can be made ahead of time and frozen until needed. Do not bake before freezing. Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown; set hot.

1/4 c. butter, softened
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 jar sm. stuffed olives
Mix thoroughly the first 5 ingredients to form dough. Shape 1 teaspoon around each dry olive. Refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, bring to room temperature and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes approximately 60 minutes.
