PEANUT BUTTER PUFFS

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon

Divide dough into 16 pieces. Pat each into 3 inch circle. Combine all other ingredients. Place a round teaspoonful in center on each circle. Wrap dough around mixture to form a ball. Place seam side down in greased baking pan. Cover, let stand until raised double. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cover with foil last 10 minutes to prevent overbrowning.

HALF HOUR PEANUT BUTTER PUFFS

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Blend ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until puffed. Yield: 48 puffs.
