PINEAPPLE FILLING

1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed drained
pineapple
1/2 to 3/4 loaf raisin bread, cut
into 1 inch pieces

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in drained pineapple and bread. Bake in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serve with chicken or ham.

PINEAPPLE FILLING

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in
syrup, undrained

Stir until well blended and thickened, about 2 minutes. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Can be used in baked pie crusts or in between layers of cakes.
