PINWHEEL SAUSAGE ROLLS
4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 c. milk
1 lb. hot pork sausage, crumbled
1 lb. regular pork sausage, crumbled
3/4 c. green chilies, drained and
chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Mix the first 3 ingredients and refrigerate 1 hour. Divide dough into four parts, rolling each into a rectangle. Mix sausage, chilies and cheese together and spread 1/4 of that mixture on a rectangle. Then roll in a jelly roll fashion as tight as possible. Repeat with other dough rectangles. These may be frozen and thawed about 1/2 hour before baking. Slice 1/3 inch thick and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
