PISTACHIO MOLD
1 sm. pistachio instant pudding
1 lb. can crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. coconut
Mix all ingredients. Put in mold and chill.

PISTACHIO MOLD
2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 lg. (the giant size) fruit cocktail
(do not drain)
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do
not drain
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Mix all ingredients above as is. Do not prepare the pudding with milk, you just need the powder mix for this recipe. Top with chopped walnuts (optional). Best when refrigerated for at least a few hours before serving.
