PEGGY'S PIZZA DIP

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Grated Cheddar cheese, grated white
cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1 jar pizza sauce (or can)

--TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE:--

Black olives, sliced
Hot peppers
Mushrooms
Pepperoni
Etc.

Place softened cream cheese in bottom of pie dish and pat down until even. Pour pizza sauce over. Cover with grated cheeses. Put on toppings. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted to your desire. Serve hot with tortilla chips. *May be baked ahead and microwaved before serving.

PEPPERONI PIZZA DIP

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. crushed oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
1/4 c. sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Sweet pepper strips, broccoli
flowerets, or crackers or French
bread cubes

In a small mixer bowl beat together cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder and red pepper. Spread evenly in a 9" or 10" quiche dish or pie plate. Spread pizza sauce over the top. Sprinkle with pepperoni, green onion, green pepper and olives. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Top with cheese, bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Serve with veggies or crackers and French bread cubes. Makes 1 1/2 cups, 12 servings.
