SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
1 lb. sausage (hot is good)
With hands, mix all ingredients. Roll into marble sized balls. Freeze. Bake while still frozen at 325 degrees until toasted about 20 to 30 minutes. Makes about 100. These freeze before or after baking. Great for appetizers or in BBQ sauce. Serve hot.

SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. lean ground pork sausage or
"hot"
Combine ingredients until dough sticks together. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake 25 minutes on 350 degrees. Drain on paper towel. Nancy Grantham
