SAUSAGE - CHEESE DIP
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage (either mild
or hot)
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms,
drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
Saute sausage, beef, and onion; drain grease. Add remaining ingredients and heat slowly until cheese is melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
SAUSAGE - CHEESE DIP
1 lb. bulk hot pork sausage
2 lbs. Velveeta or other soft cheese
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 pkg. herb or Italian salad dressing
mix
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
Tortilla chips
Brown sausage in a skillet, stirring to crumble. Drain and set aside. Heat cheese and milk over low heat in fondue pot or chafing dish, stirring until smooth. Add dressing mix, pimentos and reserved sausage, mix well. Heat thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips.
