SHERRY CHEESE LOG
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
5-6 green onions, minced or finely
chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp. sherry
Chopped nuts or fresh chopped parsley
Combine garlic, onions and green pepper into food processor bowl. Add cheeses and sherry, pulsate several times to combine. Divide into 2 parts, shape each into a log or a ball. Roll in nuts or parsley. Wrap in wax paper and chill. 4th Grade
