SPICED VEAL SANDWICH
To 1 cup of minced veal allow 1 tablespoon of chili sauce and 1/2 teaspoon each of horseradish, vinegar and dry mustard. Mix with enough mayonnaise to spread. Use with lettuce leaf between slices of rye bread, buttered.
