SPINACH QUICHE
1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 tsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. sliced drained mushrooms
3/4 cooked crumbled Italian sausage
1 deep dish pie shell
Mix together all ingredients and pour into uncooked 9-inch pie shell (deep dish). Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until knife comes out clean. Test for doneness.
SPINACH QUICHE
This quiche is very versatile. You can substitute broccoli, cauliflower, onion or zucchini for the spinach. 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained 2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, etc.) 1 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten 3 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled or ham, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell Drain spinach on paper towels. Toss cheese with flour to coat. Add all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Place a cookie sheet under pie plate in case of spill overs!)
