STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES
Cut and shell out 1 pint box of cherry tomatoes. Fry 1 lb. bacon, crisp. Chop fine 6-8 green onions. Add mayonnaise until it is moist. Stuff let sit overnight. Serves 6 people.

STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES
24 cherry tomatoes, firm
6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 tsp. basil
Dash of salt
Use a sharp knife and core clean cherry tomatoes. Whip cheese, basil and salt together and with a pastry bag, pipe cheese mixture into tomatoes. Garnish with a tiny sprig of parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
