CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1 lb. (20-24) mushrooms

Remove stems and marinate in 1 cup Italian salad dressing in refrigerator 2 hours. 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat (drain and
flake)
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix above 6 ingredients together. Drain mushroom caps. Stuff. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

CRAB-STUFFED MUSHROOMS

24 fresh mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
6 1/2 oz. can crab meat or 1/2 lb.
fresh lump crab
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. horseradish
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt, to taste
Seasoned bread crumbs

Blend all ingredients, except mushrooms and bread crumbs. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Fill caps with mixture. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes in a shallow buttered dish.
