SWEDISH NUTS

1 stick margarine (melted)
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
4 c. pecans

Preheat oven 325. Mix pecans in melted margarine. Beat eggs then add sugar. Fold in nuts. Bake 25 minutes, stir often. Act. Assist.

SWEDISH NUTS

4 c. mixed nuts
2 egg whites, beat stiff
1 c. sugar
1 stick oleo

Roast nuts at 325 degrees 10 minutes. Cool. Mix sugar and egg whites then add nuts to sugar mixture. Melt oleo in a jelly roll pan. Turn nuts over the oleo. Bake until oleo is absorbed. Cool, turning now and again so they don't stick together too much.
