TAFFY APPLE DIP

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped salted peanuts

Blend all ingredients together. Serve with slices of apples. (Dip apple slices in orange or lemon juice so they won't turn brown.)

1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed nuts

Cream first 4 ingredients together. Add nuts. Use as a dip for apple slices.
