TUNA LOG

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna fish, drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 teaspoon Horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. of chopped walnuts or chopped
parsley

Blend ingredients together, except nuts or parsley. Roll into 2 (5 inch) logs. Chill until firm. Roll chilled logs in nuts or chopped parsley, covering outer layer completely. Serve with assorted crackers. May be made and frozen.

TUNA LOG

1 lg. can white tuna, drained and
flaked

In separate bowl combine: 8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. horseradish

Stir well. Then mix together, form into log with fingers, then roll in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Chill for several hours. Serve with Ritz crackers or your favorite crackers. (Stroudsburg)
