PICKLED HOT WIENERS
3 lb. wieners, cut in angle
2 jars hot peppers
1 lg. onion, sliced
3-4 pt. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Put all ingredients in jar; fill with water. Makes 1 gallon.

BRANDY COCKTAIL WIENERS
1 pkg. wieners, sliced into 1 inch
pieces
1 sm. bottle of catsup
2 c. black berry brandy
2 c. brown sugar
Slice wieners into 1 inch pieces and put in an electric frying pan. Add 1 small bottle catsup, 2 cups black berry brandy and 2 cups brown sugar. Let simmer for 3 to 5 hours. Pick each with a toothpick.
